CANCELLATION & "NO SHOW" POLICY
Please provide us with 24 hours advanced notice so that we may accomodate other clients. Please understand that payments for procedures that are not rescheduled during the treatment timeline are forfeit. Please understand that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will have to reschedule your appointment to the next available time.
FEES & PAYMENT :
All prices and fee schedules are given and discussed during a consult in our office. We are unable to give any pricing information over the phone or through email.
